All about the Role:

Report regularly on performance relative to KPIs and inform optimisation opportunities.

Oversee and manage acquisition budget.

Work with Acquisition Manager to create and manage campaigns that drive awareness of subscription benefits, value, and acquire new subscribers using optimal media mix.

Coordinate the relevant data and Martech requirements to ensure seamless go to market.

Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure all elements of the product, acquisition funnels are optimized.

Report regularly on performance relative to KPIs and inform optimisation opportunities.

Analyze customer insights/data around digital subscriber behavior Leverage these data/insights for marketing initiatives such as onboarding, tactical & triggered email communication. This will lead to an improvement in product usage (usage) revenue (revenue), engagement (engagement) Manage West Rewards Program working with Digital Marketing Executive.

All About You:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or Business.
  • Experience in lifecycle marketing strategies, customer loyalty, CRM and customer engagement strategies.
  • Direct marketing and database management experience working with marketing automation, customer data platforms and email marketing systems.
  • Strong skills in utilizing data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and measure performance.
  • Experience with digital advertising from an acquisition perspective (SEM, Paid Social, Display)
  • Exposure to a customer loyalty or retention program.
